Job Overview

As a TELE Caller in our AUS & US Shift team, you’ll play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients in the United States, promoting our digital marketing services and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities As a TELE Caller in our US Shift team

  • 01. Make outbound calls to prospects in the United States using provided contact lists or databases through Auto-Dialer.
  • 02. Engage prospects in conversations to understand their digital marketing needs and present our services effectively.
  • 03. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential as clients.
  • 04. Articulate our digital marketing services' features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • 05. Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or consultations with qualified leads for our sales team.
  • 06. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update our CRM system accordingly.
  • 07. Strive to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and earn more commissions at the closing of every sale.
  • 08. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement in our sales strategies.

Requirements As a TELE Caller in our US Shift team

  • 01. Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • 02. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • 03. Ability to engage prospects effectively, build rapport, and address objections.
  • 04. Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
  • 05. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for more sales with commissions.
  • 06. Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing concepts is a plus, it's easy Don't worry.
  • 07. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
  • 08. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales/marketing is a plus.
